How to add pages to WordPress

A page of a website or a blog is the space where you can put your individual works. To add pages to WordPress, you need to login to your WordPress account and follow some simple steps. Here is a brief to it:

After logging in to your WordPress, you reach to the dashboard page.

On this page you can see an option as ‘Pages’. Click on this option.

You are then directed to a page which contains several pages which have been already created on the blog or the site. Select your page on this page.

If you click on your page and go into it, you can see that there are several options like edit, delete and so on.

Just beneath the edit option of your pages is the ‘add new’ button.

Select and add a new page to your website. Give it a unique name and attributes.

You can add pictures, links, information, links, videos and audios.

There are umpteen options for you like fonts, colors, inserting pictures and videos etc…

The pages are in categories, like main or the parent page. This page is followed by daughter pages. You can choose to order them or you may not. It depends on your choice.

In case you do some editing on the main or the parent page, and no changes on the sub pages, it will reflect accordingly in your blog.

Once done with all these changes, do not forget save changes by clicking on the update page which is a button on the rightmost upper corner.
