Host1Plus Renews Extra Care Customer Support

The international hosting provider Host1Plus updates premium customer support options

 

Host1Plus has renewed and updated extra care customer support. The service is already available at the checkout of any selected hosting plan or at Host1Plus Client Area (Billing Panel). Extra care support is available for all shared, VPS, reseller hosting and dedicated server users. However, premium support does not cover issues related to 3rd party software and scripts installed by customer on the server.

 

Extra care customer support service is not included in the hosting services, but it is available for an additional fee. Premium service differs from basic Host1Plus support and includes:

 

– Service monitoring and stability/performance guidance;

– On-request service connection to Host1Plus monitoring system;

– Service management through a Control Panel, etc.
