More support staff is employed in Host1Plus
Host1Plus – the international hosting service provider has hired more support staff. The support department is located in Kaunas, Lithuania
London, United Kingdom, November 30, 2011 – Host1Plus London based international hosting services provider, known for its cheap VDS services based on cloud technologies has hired more technical support staff in its customer support department in Kaunas, Lithuania.
“Yes, we are expanding our customer support department. Recently we have moved to a new spacious office and now we have hired some more customer support managers. They are now trained and already started working with our clients. We use a sophisticated ticketing system which helps our support managers to manage all the inquiries on time and respond as quickly as possible” – Vincentas Grinius, the Host1Plus co-founder and CEO said.
The technical support department is located Kaunas, Lithuania. It now consist of 9 people who are working as support managers of various levels 24 hours a day, 7 days per week in shifts. Levels of support managers determines which groups of customers managers work with. Some of them work with dedicated and VIP clients, while others are working with regular VPS hosting users and even Free web hosting users if they have some critical issues (the Host1Free.com issues are solved in a community forum regularly).
“The support service is provided 24/7 365 days a year therefore we need more people to guaranty a quality services. We are expanding, therefore new markets are discovered. Customers from those markets are curious about our services and offers even though there is no any technical issue to ask our managers about. Therefore we have hired new support managers and will be hiring even more on demand. Lithuania is a perfect country for customer support departments as people have a great knowledge and education in IT area, also they speak English and Russian quite well. Support managers answer emails, chat in a support’s live chat and answer the questions in the community forum. All email inquiries are answered in Lithuanian, Russian and English. UK and US phone support is done locally.
