The dedicated server is a physical server hardware which is dedicated to one customer only. The server is managed by the customer exclusively. Host1Plus technical support department does not have access to the server which is setup for the customer and cannot provide technical support.
The customer is fully responsible of server maintenance, settings Operating System and all the applications. The customer can install whatever is needed without any restrictions. This allows full control over this hosting service.
