Payments Accepted
There are so many payment options in the world, that it is impossible to use them all. The majority of companies use some major ones which are undoubtedly the leaders of the market. Also some local market have their own preferences which should also be kept in mind.
What payment options are available in Host1Plus? We allow the payments to be done using one of those payment options:
- PayPal is the World’s most popular payment method used for almost all eCommerce solutions worldwide. PayPal has some limitations to pay for some services, but hosting is not in the black list. PayPal is one of the most developed payment options for private users and companies with the possibility to print the invoices. That is important for various countries as proof of certain expenses is needed in any accounting. PayPal also have a special credit card payment option which allow paying with credit card by simply adding the card number, expiration date and security code. This eliminates the need to have VISA and Mastercard payment gateways.
- Skrill (former MoneyBookers) is another worldwide payment option, which can be used for online payments. Skrill is UK based payment solution which also issues its debit cards.
- AlertPay is the third international payment option, which is similar to PayPal and Skrill. it is widely used in USA and Canada.
- Google Checkout is the Google’s own payment method for credit card payment just like Paypal.
- CashU is the Middle East payment option which is available for Arabian markets. CashU is one of the oldest payment options in the world.
- WebMoney is the Russian payment option which is mainly used in Russia and Eastern Europe. Even though it has English version, the biggest part of users are Russian speakers.
- AliPay is the Chinese payment option which is used in the biggest Chinese market.
Please note, that Google Checkout and PayPal provide the possibility paying with your VISA, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Amex and other credit card types.
How to Add Funds Over Billing Panel
Making the payments for Host1Plus services may be a little troublesome, if you need to do that more frequently. We have decided to save your time, therefore we encourage adding the funds to your billing account. The next payment will be done from the internal Host1Plus account instead of PayPal or Skrill or any other payment option.
Adding funds is easy. Please follow the following steps:
- Step1. Please login. The login page can be accessed from the top menu (between Basket and Live chat buttons).
- Step 2. Go to the Add funds section in your services control panel. The section can be accessed by clicking the special icon or from the right side menu link.
- Step 3. Enter the amount you wish to add to the billing account. The amount is in US dollars even if you change the language. The minimum amount is $20, the maximum is $1.700. We allow keeping $5.000 in your balance unused.
- Step 4. Choose your payment option – PayPal, Skrill (Moneybookers), AliPay, AlertPay, Google Checkout, CashU or WebMoney. There is no restriction of the payment option preference. That means that you can use Skrill even if you have made an initial payment with PayPal some time ago. There is no possibility to transfer the money back to the payment account. If you have transferred too much money by mistake, please contact our customer support for help.
- Step 5. Click the Credit button and complete the payment using the chosen payment method. In the end it will redirect to the Add funds page.
You also can select some languages for the Add Funds page: English, Norwegian, Czech, French, Dutch, Turkish, Swedish, Italian, Romanian, Danish, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Chinese and Lithuanian.
The option to add funds to the billing account is provided for the verified users. Verified user must have ordered at least one service from Host1Plus (domain name, web hosting, any add-on etc.)
