Why my account (chovieti) or ur hosting service is disable? What happen? i didn't receive any email for warning about this happen.

We never suspend customer accidently. Also we suspend web hosting accounts after three days when the account is due. Invoices are generated 20 before the account is due.
Termination of account is initiated after 90 days when account is due. Hope this will help.
