UNLIMITED Policy

This document discusses the rules of use and order of Unlimited Resources Plan of Digital Energy Technologies Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Company). Definitions used in this document correspond to the rules of Hosting (hereinafter referred to as Rules) concepts and their meaning determined by http://Host1Plus.com, except for the cases when some certain concepts are determined by this document individually.

General provisions

The Unlimited Resources Plan consists of:

Despite the things mentioned above, all requirements and prohibitions determined by the Rules are applicable to every client using the Unlimited Resources Plan. In addition, a client using the Unlimited Resources Plan commits himself/herself not use the Company's server resources for the following:

• Archive, backup and share of files (including audio, video files, archives and data files);
• Websites the main purpose of which is to divert visitors to other websites.

The Company reserves the right to decide at its own discretion if a client uses server resources properly and therefore has the right to view data stored by a client. Company's decision on the usage of Unlimited Resources Plan will be final.

Order Implementation

If a client does not follow the undertakings mentioned above, such will be assumed as an essential violation of Rules. If a client does not follow his/her undertakings, the supply of Services may be terminated or limited.
